Comfortable, order one size down, will stretch a little.

The only thing I don't like is that when putting on gloves there is some kind of sharp edge or something that always scratches the hand. I have no idea what it is and I can't find it. I think it's the sharp edge of the velcro. But other than that, they're cool for summer rides and work great!

Can't win! fits protective gear

This is my third pair of Alpinestars gloves. I didn't have any sizing issues as my other two pairs are XXL. These gloves are mostly leather so they were a tight fit for a couple of days. I didn't wet them, just wore them around the house and rode them to and from work for a couple of days. Body heat stretched them perfectly. Clench your fist frequently to mimic a grip and wiggle your thumb for control. Good quality, my best pair.

The perfect entry-level gloves!

Superb craftsmanship and construction. Goatskin on the palm with reinforced areas with extra fabric and of course a carbon fiber knuckle that not only turns heads but is also lightweight and protects you in the event of a fall. As others have discussed the fit is smaller so you can size up. I wear large gloves so I order a large stock that fits perfectly. The touch screen is good too. Definitely recommend!

  • Easy installation

Worthy Gloves: Gloves

Very airy at first; They're not meant to be ridden in cold or even chilly weather (I don't have the best circulation either so that plays a role too), they get a lot of air in my hand. I think this is the same for all riding gloves, I have small hands and large ones fit me very well, but the seams on the inside of the glove and also on the sides of the wrist are a bit irritating to the skin. Otherwise quite comfortable, needs some break-in time, but overall good gloves.

No worse than the first version.

Version 1 is my favorite. These gloves looked great, but that's about it. After a month of use, I really like the first version better. The quality of the product is worse than version 1. The tread begins to peel off, the velcro comes off, the fingertips begin to wear out, comfort is compromised in favor of protection, but hands hurt after riding for a while . $60 should be a decent pair of gloves, but this one from a reputable manufacturer leaves me a little disappointed.

Top quality protection

Great gloves but I found the Alpinestar gloves to be too small for me. If I go to Home Depot for gardening gloves, a large size will do. Both of my Alpinestar glove sets are 2XL. I would take at least one size up, maybe two. Sizing issues aside, they have everything you could want in a sport-focused motorcycle glove. I started with gloves but they don't go well with my ADV jacket. I think if you don't have a tight fitting racing suit or jacket you're better off wearing this style without…
