If you need good protection in summer or warm weather, this jacket is perfect for you. As you move, it looks like someone is about to turn on the air conditioning inside. The ventilation is excellent and ideal for temperatures of 25-35 degrees C. Be careful, you will get wet and cold when the temperatures drop/rain. I have a back pad for it, which is an optional accessory that I feel offers the best balance of protection and comfort.

This jacket is fairly light, partially mesh. Pretty breathable. I am 6ft 190lbs with a muscular build. Size XL fits perfectly and has a little more space, so I can wear the sweatshirt even on cold days. I was able to fit an Alpine Stars back protector to the back pocket of the jacket. The jacket comes with shoulder pads and elbow pads. I'm all black and have some reflective stripes on my shoulders and back.
