🏍️ Alpinestars SMX-1 R Vented Street Motorcycle Boot for Men - Black/White/Yellow (Size 43) Review

A little difficult to put on. It will take me a while to get used to, but other than that I think the shoe is probably good. I wear a US size 9 or 9.5 so I order a size 43 and there is still some room in it. Now I'll just wait until spring to see how they hold up, they're not the most comfortable boots I've ever worn but I think you're paying for the protection. I have to say that the zipper seems to break after a while, but I'm not sure. This is my first pair of boots/boots.

Many Alpinestars offerings seem to be declining in quality. I was very disappointed with the last two pairs of gloves I have used as well as the last jacket. I have always been pleased with their boots and they continue this trend. Comfortable, ready to use, stylish and above all protective. Everything you want in a motorcycle case. The perforation isn't too bad, but it's noticeable.

I do not recommend these boots! Good protection and super comfortable. better than any other boots I have worn including SIDI and TCX; and I didn't think anyone could beat TCX. I walked many blocks in them; and the thought "I'm in Motobots" never crossed my mind. Some people thought they were the new Jordans. I ordered these boots to replace my old ventilated boots that were no longer for sale and I'm glad I found them. They appear to be well made and offer better protection than my previous ventilated boots, they also breathe a lot better. The sole is very hard but comfortable to walk on. I was looking for laceless boots, which are hard to find these days, and found one that uses a side zip and Velcro closure. I didn't have to adjust the strap as they attach securely and comfortably.
