Terrible software, poor sound quality, useless tech support that works on an "A, B, C, D" checklist and is completely clueless - as long as you get what they're saying. For WiFi to work over IOS, a natural disaster is required. Forget it for now - don't even try to make it work. Save your frustration - just don't buy this product.

Gorgeous Bluetooth speaker. The sound isn't the best either. Doesn't sync music with Alexa. Pandora is not supported. In fact, you must have a premium account with Napster, Deezer, or Spotify to play music over Wi-Fi. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I love anything that competes with Sonos speakers. This is not a speaker that will compete. Save your money until you get Sonos, or keep waiting until something new comes out.

Alexa can still tell me the weather, time and anything else Alexa says on this device. But now it doesn't play music at all, although it used to play music well and loudly. It also doesn't play news articles out loud, but oddly it does. It's just soothing. I don't know, maybe I need to untie the Bluetooth because it gets confused. It used to play music fine over my home Wi-Fi network, but not anymore. I even have RevainPrime now, but that doesn't fix it, it now completely refuses to play music.

The sound quality of this speaker is pretty poor considering the price of the device. My wife gave me 70€ for it. The device can connect to WiFi, but only at 2.4 GHz. What is 2010? Any modern device should support 2.4 or 5 GHz. Bluetooth is inconvenient to connect to another device i.e. your phone. I have noticed that the Bluetooth connection degrades as soon as I move 2.5-3m away from the speaker. I believe Bluetooth should work at around 40 feet if the circuitry is properly laid out. Music does not work by voice. It will either show as not supported by this device or will not play on this device. It doesn't matter whether it's spotify, pandora or sirius hmm. The only way to play music over WiFi is to use the Spotify app and stream it to your device. So voice control for music is useless. Works as a bluetooth speaker but as others have said it starts to rattle after a while due to bad speakers. Voice control for Alexa is also bad. While you can control your smart devices…
