I wear women's size 7 and this 6 is youth size. Lots of space for socks, even without it is comfortable. They are very flexible, light and airy. Excellent ventilation, suitable for warm weather. I usually wear insoles or Birkenstocks. Despite little to no noticeable arch support, my high feet feel so comfortable in them! I also ordered them in black. I am so happy with these "baby" shoes that I can even buy them for my kids!

Budget version of a shoe that could be great if it had the same high quality sole construction as adult shoes. I wear adult size 7.5 and youth size 6 fits perfectly. However, this is not the same construction as the Ultra Superior or Lone Peak. The price is half that of adult shoes, as is the quality. No big surprise, but I had high hopes. They will work as everyday running shoes, but certainly not as high-performance shoes. However, if your daughter is a beginner, buy her adult shoes.

Bought these for my daughter who didn't like the other colors available. They fit her well and were comfortable for her from the start.
