Really helped for after surgery

It is great for helping when sitting up and getting up surgery. It could be a bit softer on your skin and also it is hard to line up closed and keep the itchy part off your skin. Maybe make that a bit shorter.

Worked well after DIEP flap surgery

I ordered this when two other abdominal binders didn’t work for me after DIEP flap surgery. They were both two tall for my torso and rubbed on my breast incisions. This one fits perfectly. It provides compression but also has enough flexibility that I could sit somewhat comfortably. I wear a layering tank underneath it, as it gave me a rash when I tried without something under it.

much better fitted to female form than what i came home from hospital in!

so far so good. looking for help holding incision together post-surgery; happy that it's more tailored to my body than "200 pound 6 foot male" thing that i was sent home from hospital in.

Ok product good for me

I bought this product after a c-section. I do not regret buying this, but I do regret getting the size I got, since Sizing chart wasn't clear enough, I probably got the wrong one.Secondly, the velcro part is peeling and leaving marks all across the band. Will probably not use this for a second c-section, it more for a one time use only, wich I didn't expect for this price.

Comfortable in my review

Does it's job and was not itchy when I became hot. I wore it all day at work and it helped to keep my aching lower abdominal hernia in and from bothering me. Easy to use and so far sticks well. It will do a little bit of scrunching if you are pretty active but it not too bad for me.

Helped with the pain of a pulled muscle

This product helped with a pulled side muscle. I could do more, without additional pain. It is adjustable, so you can have it as tight or loose as you would like.

Minimal use for my opinion

This product worked for a week afterwards the elasticity wore out even after a few washes, but overall helpful for postpartum care.

Used after Hysterectomy

I had a Hysterectomy and ended up with a hematoma rupture and was a bloody mess. Needed to buy another band ASAP. This was overnighted and is thicker than the hospital band. The band sticks like glue. It holds together strong, which is great. It is a little bigger than the one in the hospital which helps having more room. But I have washed this band x4 already and has held up great and still sticks together great! Would Definitely recommend this band.

I wish it were softer material

Bought for post hysterectomy but could not wear due to the itchy material. I am sensitive to texture so maybe it’s just me. It could be worn over a shirt and would probably be fine. The support felt great but I couldn’t tolerate it long enough to be effective. Luckily, the hospital sent me home with a binder that was more comfortable.

AltroCare 3 panel Postpartum

I had a total hysterectomy and the hospital gave me a belly binder to help with my healing. It started shredding after 2 weeks and I ordered this one off of Ebay. It works great, is well priced and is durable and holding up well. I highly recommend this product!

Pretty good item but

The description says it’s a hook and loop closure but it’s not. It’s Velcro. I’m disappointed as this is why I ordered it. Velcro is harder to maneuver. Decent product overall but misleading description.

It works well, I bought several after my tummy tuck, but it does break down after a few weeks and it starts pinching your sides.

Comfortable abdominal binder

I have worn several different abdominal binders for seven back surgeries including the hospital-issued ones. This is by far the most comfortable one I have ever worn. It is supportive without cutting into my curves or irritating my incisions! Thank you for such an amazing product! AAAA++++

For me it's a reminder!

My PT guy recommended this for me to keep me aware of my posture. It especially helps if I'm gardening or working at the computer. It definitely is a good support for your abdomen.

good binder for the price

I got this as a back up for my abdominoplasty surgery. I like this binder and it is definitely worth the price and quality. I use one and wash the other so I do not need to wait for the other one to dry.

Change the pet that closes the girdle

Because the edges are square they are quite bothersome and will catch on your bra. You can wear a cami underneath I guess. If the would just make like a rounded edges closure it would be much more comfortable.

Not exactly the right fit

It is very supportive but measurements are not quite correct this would fit maybe up to a 40 so go a size larger if your over 40 in. I am a 34 and it is very snug. It does support and is relatively comfortable.

Perfect post gallbladder surgery

I had gallbladder surgery last month and still had some swelling and discomfort so my surgeon recommended a binder. I have a short torso, so the 10” binder he sent home was too long. This one was perfect! It is not itchy like my original. It gives me perfect support and has really helped!
