    Great bags. But not what I was looking for.

    Leaking! I thought I could use them to clean oil pans. I put the pads in sturdy bags and then dispose of them properly. I thought I could save a few bucks. I was wrong. It ended up costing me more to clean up the ongoing mess they created. Mine, however, are very thick/strong and suitable for dry garbage. So three starts. Hope this can help someone. I would help myself.

    Valves are easy to tie down

    When you have a large 100 year old house that is constantly being renovated you sometimes need to unload things that the scavengers won have 't. usually . gather. I mean I heard. If such an activity lies in your future - I mean the future of someone you may or may not know - what you need - I mean what someone needs - thick, strong and dark. Very dark. As in opaque.     This is a failure.

    I think these bags make excellent regular garbage bags, but they are not as puncture resistant as the contractor bags sold at Lowe's. Another thing, the smell is terrible. It has that offshore plastic smell that comes from plastic recycling. As a contractor, I need a strong, thick, stretchy, puncture-resistant bag that's either neutral or pretty alright. The bags are from Lowe's and I'm sorry I can't remember the manufacturer's name, these are fantastic contractor bags at about the same price…

    CHARACTER compared to HDepot brand contractor bags

    At 3 mils thick I thought it would compare to the yellow and black HomeDepot bin liner box (also 3 mils) but unfortunately I never did. had trouble tossing a HD brand full of junk from the back deck onto the driveway (100% never break or snap after being thrown) but they met about 70% breaks/breaks/punctures etc under the same circumstances. If you don't throw junk off the top of the 1st floor deck (more than 12 feet) then this bag might be for you, if you never have to rip/rip/rip etc then…

    DON'T SPEND MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE - SEE. NOTES

    I usually use a certain brand of heavy duty garbage bags, but settled on these. I open the box, take my trash can to the garage and empty it into a bag. Everything falls to the floor of the garage. I think ok silly you missed the bag but no. Both ends of the bags are open. I seem fine, maybe it was a defect. Take the second bag and start pouring the trash from the first bag lying on the floor into the second bag, same way. It's freaking open at both ends. I just got back from Revane. Give me my
