I have bought each of my girls one of these coats, they are very cozy and warm. They also like the built-in hand warmer. In addition, they are adorable and very soft on the inside. Excellent purchase!

Very well done. The fur is thick but flexible. It looks like they are water repellent when worn in the snow. Size 8 (M) is mid-thigh for a 48 inch child. The sleeves are a bit long.

Beautiful coat, very warm! It has thumb holes so you can keep it in place. Very pretty and fat. Just a warning. The size is small, I took my very tall and thin 8 year old one size larger than she wears and I'm glad I did.

This coat is great for cold climates as it elongates style. I bought it for less than $20 before the cold weather hit and I think it was a steal. The colors are very pretty and it suits my daughter very well. Definitely recommend.

Nice coats (no frills but perfect for girls on cold days to school. They are longer than jackets. I bought 2. The pink is more salmon colored so was a bit disappointing but both coats are it worth money.

Better than I expected! I thought about buying this jacket and just going to Walmart and getting my daughter a down jacket for $20, but I'm glad I didn't go to Walmart. Well worth the $20 extra, this jacket alone keeps my daughter warm. I will definitely buy this down jacket again.

I dared, I liked it. The color is much better in person. The fabric is soft and fluffy, but you can feel the "heaviness” of the warmth. I like that it takes longer to keep my kid warm on the playground. It zips up and then closes with buttons to keep the wind out. She LOVES the "thumb detail". so very happy with this purchase. Note: We bought one size up so she can wear it for 2 winters.

I bought this coat after reading the reviews and realizing it was warm, stylish and had thumb holes on the cuffs! Great to wrap up my 7 year old on a cold 22 degree morning! She loves to dress up, stick her thumbs through the thumbholes and then put on her gloves - the thumbholes ensure her gloves and jacket always overlap so her wrists never get cold! Great job Raven! Will be buying more from your Essentials line from now on.
