These boots offer quality, value and style. Children's hiking boots are terrible, and these are your classic boots. Very thick sole and thick padding throughout. Good ankle support and laces. I ordered a size up and hope they last at least until summer.

Excellent walking shoes. I bought these for my daughter and we traveled through moderate terrain. Great grip, fit and easy on and off. No chafing, leg ulcers or blisters. "Super Comfortable" We definitely recommend these boots for your budding archaeologist.

I have a large child size 5 for my daughter who wears size 4 shoes and swims in them, I wear size 6.5 women's shoes and I can easily wear a size 5 with her comfortable socks. Although they are great! We bought two pairs and while they won't fit my kids this summer I know they will grow up with them and it's a great alternative to the $70 Colombians :)
