💻 Black Urban Laptop Sleeve Case for 15.6-inch - Amazon Basics Review

If you're promoting a 15.6 laptop product, it's a pretty standard size. On a 15.6-inch MacBook Pro, this thing has 2-3 inches of extra room on the top and sides. Too big even for my 16" MBP. It's massive and totally pointless at this size. If there is a laptop that big I wouldn't want to carry it around. This is a return.

It is very thin, with minimal padding, short-lived, light with thin padding. Not what I expected and not the quality I expected from the Revain brand. It's very thin and offers no protection other than a dust cover. I would not recommend it for travel.

Purchased for ThinkPad X270. Technically, the X270 is a bit large, but the chassis fits like a glove - **no** extra space. The next size up looked like it was too big. I am happy. The seals on the surfaces are also about what I expected. It doesn't add an overwhelming amount of volume. Easily fits in a pocket. The padding around the edges is about what I would expect from a typical neoprene laptop sleeve - not much but there is some protection. The case looks solid at the moment (2.5 weeks)…

I love this laptop sleeve. As a college commuter, I use this to protect my laptop on frequent commutes. It fits my MacBook almost perfectly, leaving enough room for a laptop and charging cable. So far it has held up perfectly and kept slipping out of my backpack. I no longer fear my laptop in my backpack on long walks in the rain because so far it has stayed dry and secure.
