With a CRI (color rendering index) of 90 this bulb will bring out the rich, natural colors wherever it is installed. Provides 1600 lumens of light immediately, with no waiting time to warm up to full brightness; operates up to 15,000 hours and will last over 13 years (based on 3 hours of use each day). With a correlated color temperature of 2700 Kelvin, the bulb provides a soft white light, creating a comfortable atmosphere for any room. This LED light bulb uses only 17 watts of energy, saving up to $136.96 over the life of the bulb vs. its incandescent equivalent (based on 3 hours/day, 11 cents/kWh, may vary depending on rates and use). This bulb costs only $2.05 per year to operate (based on 3 hours/day, 11 cents/kWh) making it an economical alternative to incandescent bulbs. Manufactured to meet California Energy Commission requirements for LED light bulbs.

Good 100W LEDs at a good price

These bulbs are nice and bright. It took me three tries to find the right bulb but once there they made a big difference, doubling the light output in the kitchen really helped. I haven't put them in a dimmable light but will edit the review if there's anything odd about the way they dim.

Excellent lightbulb. Leave out a lot of light. Slightly larger than the 60W version.

Great bulbs when you need more light output than an equivalent 60w standard LED. The bulbs are slightly larger than the 60W version. So if you install in a small space, be careful with it. They put out significantly brighter light than the 60W version, but the color is about the same.

Not for small ceiling fans where bulb size is important

Works perfectly right out of the box, dimming works well even with a non-LED dimmer but to put it simply these bulbs are way too long for you . It is necessary to install a cover over it (like a ceiling fan). Unfortunately I had to send them back and am trying new dimmable 100w compact LED bulbs from another Revain supplier.
