Car Trash Can by Amazon Basics Review

Just the right size for my car, I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I think it's great that they made some inserts available for this as well. Excellent quality

Good bin but the strap isn't long enough to reach the shifter. I'll come up with something over time, but right now it's easy to turn around

It's a little bit small but my biggest problem is the strap is very short. I have the longest strap and it's still very short. I couldn't find where to tie it so now it just lies on the floor of the car which was a waste of time.

This bin would be great but the strap is not long enough to fit around the center console. I don't know why you would want a trash can hanging in front of one of your rear passengers' face, so I wouldn't hang it on the back of the headrest. But if that's what you want to do, that would probably be great.

We got this for the Chevy Silverado and worked out a way to attach the belt so it sits in the middle of the two front seats and it's absolutely perfect! The size is good (to give a random but hopefully understandable guess - I'd say it holds about 8 empty medium coffee cups) and it's strong enough to hold its shape. I also like that it comes with bags and there is a pocket on the side for easy storage of spares. In general very happy!

Bought it as a gift. Fits perfectly in the rear of the Jetta between the center link and the rear seat. Appears to be well built; However, some cardboard has been added to increase rigidity. Without it, it will fall apart a bit. The adjustable strap easily hooks onto the center panel cover. Not sure how easy it is to clean yet. Big enough for a car trash can, but not too big to take up more space than necessary. Others were either too big or too small.
