Itchy material, settled when washed in cold water - does not dry when heated.

I really like the look, unfortunately I washed the shirts in cold water and dried them without heat and they shrunk. The material is also incredibly itchy. I can't return them because they've been washed and there's no other way to get a refund, so I lost $18 on shirts I'll probably never wear.

They are pretty cute

It was shipped at random, but then I ordered another one. Fits well, is comfortable and has not shrunk even with very delicate machine settings. Tailored/slim fit, but not too aggressive.
