Vintage percale pillowcases are hard to come by, but here they are in pure, crisp 100% cotton. They are not satined or ironed. So if you want your linens to be smooth, be prepared to iron them - they will crumple after washing. I hang them up to dry and a quick squeeze makes them perfect. The company stands behind their product and the customer service is excellent - friendly, helpful and informative. So glad I found her!

Well, that means the fabric is woven so tightly that it looks like water is beading off it instead of being absorbed. I won't list the benefits here, just saying that these sheets are amazing for the price. They are crispy, cool and feel good on the skin. they clean up nicely. Judging by the reviews and my personal experience, they were crumpled. like crazy like that. but I learned from it! The key to these sheets is how you wash and dry them. If you overload the washing machine, they won't get clean. Make sure they have enough room to move: an over-stuffed washing machine won't allow these sheets to "breathe"
