Goods delivered quickly and very well packaged. Very solid part construction, they were too tight but still fit like a glove to replace OEM parts. Great replacement for worn parts.

Ideal for replacing original parts that have been damaged over time. The measurements helped ensure we picked the right one. Installation was easy, but removing the old one took a bit as the tabs weren't very obvious.

I had to modify the kit to fit and slide smoothly on the rails and I still couldn't engage the side latches. I had to use the old ones. My fault is that I didn't just spend the extra $5 and order an OEM part. Lesson learned!

This dishwasher upper rack adjustment kit is exactly as expected. Was able to replace the existing regulator kit without any problems. These and the existing kit parts were interchangeable, so I kept the undamaged parts from the existing kit for future use if needed.

One of the strut mounts was out of line. It's the part in the top left corner of the picture. The two should be identical, but one was somehow incomplete. I didn't have time to wait for the new parts to ship, so instead I used one of the old parts off the dishwashing shelf to get it working. Hopefully the provider responds and fixes the error.

These parts fit perfectly and completely fixed my broken dishwasher. The downside was that I was flying completely blind. Luckily, one side of the rack was mostly intact so I had a clue, but these replacement parts came with no documentation and it took observation, trial and error and patience to get them installed correctly.
