Fits 5L Professional HD™ Series Stand Mixer with Lifting Bowl KG25H0XAQ

This is the perfect size for my stand mixer. Hooks do not touch the wall of the bowl. However, fiddling with the screw that adjusts the height of the bowl doesn't help me knead the dough for bread. Is it the hook, stand mixer model or the bread dough? I still don't know if it's related to the recipe or not.
