Amika Heat 💥 Defense Serum: Blockade for Hair Review

First of all, this bottle lasts FOREVER so it's worth every penny. I was looking for a heat protectant that was similar to CHI but not too heavy or greasy. That's great. This is a lightweight serum that smells GREAT and really protects your hair. I've been using it for about a year and have more time between cuts and my ends are SIGNIFICANTLY better and not as split and rough as I've seen. Highly recommended!

I love this serum. Smells great. If I had to describe I would say it is a clean scent with a light floral scent. It smells great, everyone says so, but does it work great? The answer is yes! I am of mixed race and was looking for a product that would not smear my face and pillow and cause skin irritation. Love this product and all Anika products! I use it after blow drying my long, thick hair before straightening it with a flat iron to control frizz, add shine and smooth out split ends. Trust me, this thing works! The scent is great and it lasts! It's also good value for money, because a little goes a long way. I am obsessed with all Amika products.

This is literally the best product I have ever used on my hair. A little goes a long way, all you need is a few pumps. I have tape in hair extensions and this product makes them so soft. I love that it can be used on both dry and damp hair. Plus it doesn't make my hair greasy. I don't usually leave reviews, but this product is what you need in your life! Yes, it's expensive, but it will take a long time. It costs money.
