Lightweight (considering the old school ones) and holds up in the wind. Used this all summer in Cape May and was really impressed by the quality. I was hesitant at first, but given the more expensive option/brand, this one was a good choice and seems to be holding up well.

We used two of these this year at the beach. I grabbed them here as they were a little cheaper than what is available in the beach stores. My aunt has a couple that have lasted forever, and this one seems to be the same quality and hopefully will do the same. We had both in 25mph winds on one of the days, and they barely moved in the sand as long as the top was slightly angled into the wind. Very satisfied so far. Thanks! The umbrella is sturdy and well made, stood up to couple of days of wind at the beach. It provided great shade and the fabric is heavy duty. The umbrella was also easy to put up and take down. We purchased an anchor and an auger to drill the sand for extra support, worked very well, worth the price.

Only draw back is its heavy to carry so if your hiking on the beach get a cheapie. The quality is the same as the pro models we used to rent out on Clearwater beach.

This umbrella remained steady once placed. We bought a beach bub sand gopher that paired well with this umbrella for digging a round hole just the right size.

Would have thought for the price it would have steel bows but no it has fiberglass and they do not hold up in the wind the least little wind it folds over itself , may be fine for the lake or pool but does not work on the beach ! Do not buy

This is a resort style/caliber umbrella. Very stylish. The construction is on another level, super sturdy and managed to stay intact during high winds.

t5his umbrella was great. It met all my expectations! The only thing it doesn't do is tilt on an angle. Other than that, it works great!

We needed a beach umbrella, and this one works well. We used it on two trips already.I was a little nervous to buy this one because it costs much less than some other brands, but I am happy with the umbrella. It seems to have a good quality pole, mechanics, and cover. I would recommend! There's a good selection of colors also. Ours came with a nice storage bag, made from the same matching material as the cover.
