Works great - switch

I use them on my downriggers. The original riggers had fuses and if you don't catch them before they are all the way up they will blow the fuse. This saves me money in the long run because I don't have to constantly buy fuses!

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • Almost never

Easy installation: switches and relays

Good product. I used it on my tractor so I didn't have to keep changing fuses. It seems that the diesel glow plug circuit put too much strain on the fuse and blew when it sat for a while. I cut out the fuse box and put the two connectors on the wire, soldered and wrapped the connectors in shrink wrap.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not sure

Circuit breakers best in spares

I bought these to replace what I received with another item that had no protection from the elements and other metal contacts which made no sense so the other item ended up in a dumpster and they came on board. It is always necessary to control the accidental operation of the ground or the penetration of a metal object into the positive line.

Pros
  • Lots of positive swings
Cons
  • No breaker

Replaced fuse on my child's handlebars

My child's ATV had a built-in 40A fuse on the battery. I was tired of storing spare parts, so I cut a fuse and plugged in this bad guy. Worked like a charm (remember the battery is connected to the copper connector). Time will tell how durable it is, but now I have a spare for my son's drive wheel.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Minus present

The most important part of your van

Energy is the blood of your TT. My TT is turning 10 and the lift motor and other electronics seem to be failing. Not so. They fit perfectly and will be exchanged. Immediately everything worked in TT again. I recommend replacing them after a few years as a preventive measure. I will buy again if needed.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities

Works too easily, not properly rated for 50 amps

My circuit draws 35 amps consistently at full throttle as measured. This fuse is supposed to be able to withstand 35 amperes permanently, but it doesn't. It works after about 1 minute of continuous draw and closes the circuit. When you're in the middle of a lake and your trolling motor cuts out every minute, things get extremely annoying after a while. Don't bother with this fuse. looking for something better.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

It serves its purpose: Spare parts

The product serves its purpose. Two things make me rate this so low. First you need to buy mounting hardware for it. Take it with you because if the head of the bolt or screw is too big, it will hit the body of the jackhammer. Since I was drilling a hole in the fender I held up the nut so the nut had to be the right size. Second, the rubber cover has slits on the side for the wire to run through. Probably fine for small gauge wire, but the 12ga wire I used didn't allow it to fit properly. I…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Quality
