The button will bind and drain the battery

The ON button will bind and drain the battery, if you are careful you can avoid this by fiddling with it to make it loosen . Amprobe Light Meter (non-LED) I have the same design but the button doesn't stick. So it could just be a party problem. Everything worked fine until the start, the meter readings differ by about 5% between LED and non-LED meters. Otherwise this review would have deserved 4 or 5 stars. I would like to know if this block is correct. I'm leaning towards no because when I put the cap on the sensor it doesn't read zero it just jumps between 0 and 18 lux. So I left the cap on the meter and then put it in a black sock that was so black like the inside of a coffin on a moonless night and still didn't read zero. So I removed the battery, then replaced it and reset the device. It still doesn't show zero. I have an inspection area that should be 600 lux. When I put this unit on the…

Works perfectly!

This purchase was necessary for my husband's work where he will be measuring light on various objects. In order to get to know the product, it was of course important to unpack and test it. He felt the instructions could have been more informative. After inserting the supplied battery, he quickly found the device easy to use. To test the device, he used it in and around our home to get different readings in different areas. He said it works fine. It measures light from very faint to very…
