Well packaged and easy to install. The cartridges seem to be "slacker" in the printer's rack, but I had no trouble recognizing them from the printer as some reviews have mentioned. The photos show them as they came in the box as well as next to Samsung OEM cartridges. The print quality is indistinguishable from the OEM cartridges I replaced. Update on the problem below (10-9-19) The seller quickly replaced the leaking cartridge. Update: My last order is not as perfect as the previous one. I only opened the black cartridge because it was used up. At first they weren't in boxes, but that doesn't bother. They are sealed with plastic. However, when I opened it, it was a mess: black ink on the drum, on the plastic cover, and on me! Wiped lightly with a microfiber cloth and inserted into the printer. So far it's working but I don't know…

I used a colorimeter to determine what to print directly in cyan, magenta and yellow and on a scale of 0 to 255 it shows around 100 while the OEM shows 254. To give an idea of what this means, 0 means pure black/no color. light or color, and 255 is pure color. Reading 100 is very grayish with very little color. Instead of paying $95 for a replacement black toner cartridge in our Samsung Xpress C1860FW I decided to take a chance and buy this one.
