We bought these shoes for Disney, loved that they sent an extra set of ribbons because we actually lost one in a few days. They are very cute and match her outfit perfectly. The velcro for the strap was too big and my daughter's foot is small and petite for her age and she could hardly keep up. I'm not sure how much smaller the foot can get. The Velcro stopped rubbing and scratching her legs.

My 5 year old girls wore them with Elsa and Belle dresses. at Disneyland and they felt comfortable and heard no complaints. They have run for miles and still look like new. I found the Velcro to hold up better than some of the tennis shoes they had, very secure. They even wore them to the pool. They are well made and durable, I am happy with my purchase. We bought a blue pair and a yellow gold color.
