I love how soft this skirt is. It's crumpled so everything was crumpled from the packaging. My daughter wears 4T but she can wear 5T and they won't fall off her. It fits perfectly, dangles a bit but not enough to fall off. It was long enough too. My daughter is pretty average for a 4 year old girl and is just below her knees.

My 12-year-old daughter needed a black skirt for her children's choir performance. I find this skirt a bit short. She is of average height for her age but above the knees. It has a nice elasticated waist so she just dropped it below her waist and the length was just right when she did. Also, she really liked it since she is a girly girl and has gorgeous swing layers.
