I love this bench! As a 6 foot older woman, I looked at these benches for a while hoping to find just one that "fits" my long legs. I have ordered a "very good used high folding bench" and am happy to say that it is like new and looks good and does the job it was designed for! Rating👍

I originally started on a medium bench because I'm 5'7", but I've found that a high bench is more comfortable for those of us who don't have slim hips. less pressure on knees Bench is well made and comfortable for long meditations Great product I highly recommend.

Very practical. I'm an average 5'6 woman and this is perfect for me. I don't want a different size. As for folding the legs, some say they bend. I don't see that as a problem. The hinges are very strong and don't sag. In general the quality is excellent. Sent quickly. I am very happy with my purchase.

It's tall and I love that the legs fold in for storage, but they fold too easily and have thrown me onto my side on more than one occasion due to the folding legs. (Oh, I know - you would EXPECT someone to be a bit more thoughtful and focused when they're calming down to meditate or pray. That's not always the case.) It would help if the hinges could somehow snap into place.

I have had this bench for two years now and I must say that the people of Ananda village really consider the elderly when designing this bench. It rises just enough to be comfortable, but most importantly it keeps your legs circulating. I have returned two other Amazon benches from other companies because they were short and my leg was numb near the knee. Great job Ananda Village!

I love my meditation bench! The quality is great and I can go deeper into meditation because my feet don't fall asleep. What a beautiful thing and well done! Can't wait to use it but while just testing it out I realized how tight my quads are lol! I'm so used to sitting on zafu and zabuton. I know this organization (Ananda) from their meditation and yoga group in Washington and bought the bench from a Californian group. It is well made from natural materials and has no chemical/glue smell coming out of the box. It's extremely durable; The folding mechanism is quiet and light, the seat is comfortable. This meditation bench is the best material that has happened to me in practice for a long time. This makes it much easier for me to keep my back straight than when I'm sitting on a zafu with my legs in lotus, half lotus, just crossed in the normal position, or with one calf in front of the other.
