There are complaints from people saying their sharpener doesn't sharpen their big pencils. That's because they don't know how to use a sharpener. If you read the list it says it sharpens 3 sizes but there are only 2 holes. If you look closely at the larger hole, you'll see a plastic ring that says "adapter" in small letters. OK To be honest I've had excellent eyebrow enhancements/recolors myself but having stencils really saves time and ensures you get the exact one every time get the "perfect" shape. Too big for every face! I do permanent makeup. After measuring my clients' faces to cut down on painting time, I tried these stencils, but literally all of them are too long from bulb to tail to properly flatten/frame each face. I mean they are huge! I'll keep them with me if I ever need to work on an unusually wide face, but until then they're in a drawer in my brow salon. Disappointing.
