There are complaints from people saying their sharpener doesn't sharpen their big pencils. That's because they don't know how to use a sharpener. If you read the list it says it sharpens 3 sizes but there are only 2 holes. If you look closely at the larger hole, you'll see a plastic ring that says "adapter" in small letters. To sharpen even larger objects, remove the adapter and the hole becomes larger.
