No mate.lonely connector

I think the item itself is good but these jacks will NOT mate with 5.5x2.5mm DC plugs. Come on Uncable, let's make these things work together.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Could be better quality and easier to solder

They are really cheap. I would spend more money on better ones if I could find them. It's a bit difficult to solder a wire to it, then the metal and the cover are flimsy.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Required accuracy when working with accessories and consumables

Precise wire preparation is required for a satisfactory result. Otherwise the parts make a good impression. Before using solder, it is recommended to connect to the appropriate terminal. The center contact doesn't absorb much heat

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some errors

Will work but is a hassle

Adapters work and are the right size. However, they can be difficult to work with. I do not recommend them for a beginner to soldering. The middle tab should be longer to allow for easier soldering.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Poorly designed
