Terrible! We didn't think about how it would work. Too heavy and awkward to pour, opening too small to use a spoon, cup or hand, container too deep to reach the bottom of anything. I put coffee in one and now every morning starts with frustration trying to get coffee. This would be great just for display purposes or if you never need anything below the top 3 inches.

I've been looking for square stackable storage containers and they're perfect. They are HEAVY - not thin - and glassy. The only thing I would change is the caps. The rubber part that is usually on the lid is on the main part of the container and is not very strong. I guess that would be difficult to remove because the bins are heavy, but that's something I would change.

I am a heavy tea drinker and have recently switched to loose tea to reduce my environmental impact and lower my costs. They are great for storing tea. They fold well, hold up well and are attractive. I have some labels on the board so I can work out which tea is which and they look great on containers. I keep them in the cupboard so I don't expose the tea to light, but they will look lovely on the counter. Excellent purchase!

Although the pictures were very clear, my impression of them improved dramatically once I received them! Yes, yes, yes, I would recommend her to a friend, no question! UPDATE 4/12: Downgraded to one star. The glasses were sent back on 03/31. The return has not yet been processed. Glasses are elegant and strong, I also bought them a few years ago. I'm glad to see that the design and quality are the same. Less than 5 stars due to shipping issues. Only received one at first (out of six); I then received a set with one broken and two with hairline cracks. The box was a little wrinkled in one corner. Maybe the crate was dropped or just in time to do some damage…

We put our regular grains in (barley, millet, brown basmati rice, oatmeal) - we'll probably buy another set so we can add others. for flax and quinoa. These are nice heavy containers with a pretty decent lid.
