Buying just one skein is misleading

I thought I would order 1 set of 12 skeins. What I received was 1 strand. A very misleading description. Very expensive dental floss.

Dirty floss strand

Worst product I have ever received! I only received one skein of floss and it was dirty! It had an adhesive label stuck to it with dust, hair and dirt stuck to it. As you can see from the photo, even garbage stuck to the thread! It was really gross to even make it!
