Good shoes my rating

My son plays rec basketball and just needed a little more support than his regular shoes. He says they are "a lot better!"

Pros
  • Perfect fit for my 7 year old son for basketball. Lasted all season and looks great!
Cons
  • They do not bend and wear out quickly.

Disappointed best in my rating

Really disappointed. We've bought them in the past and they've been fine. I couldn't put them on, I tried to tighten the laces and they broke!

Pros
  • Great high top for all courts
Cons
  • Shoes arrived dirty and damaged. There appears to be a burn mark on the front of one show and black scratch marks on the other.

Good stylish and profiling sneakers.

The colors were spot on. The shoes have a matte finish. Bought their black/pink/turquoise color. She loved them out of the box. Goes well with a small extra room. Goes great with jeans, leggings or shorts. THIS IS MORE FASHION THAN SPORT! Don't buy them for ball games. They wear out quickly. More about going to school, going to a casual party, wanting to be cute (if you're the girl wearing this - bought these for my daughter who took the picture πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ½). Get them for the beauty, not the…

Shoes not as expected/defective

Hello! I'm not sure who this email is sent to. But this is the first time I've seen that in new shoes. My son wore it for two hours ONLY to basketball practice and as you can see from the photo the entire front was scratched. The problem is that the shoes are now in Israel and not in the US. My oldest son brought it home from Indiana over the Christmas break. I have always bought AND1 shoes for my children and have never experienced anything like this. Please inform. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Shoes
Cons
  • Only available in white

High wow factor but prepare to tie your laces.

These shoes definitely impressed our son. He was very excited to have fun with them and couldn't wait to take them to school. They offer great support, but as these are high-top shoes, getting them on and off can be a challenge for a 7-year-old. If you have the budget, I would suggest buying a second pair of shoes that your child can quickly slip into in an emergency; Otherwise, these pads will remain on the child's feet throughout the house, preventing them from being removed/put on.
