The shipping box and the food boxes look ok. Test if they work well) but they are not the items as described and some parts are missing ( other model) ( gray color, not black) Seller should check and maybe test their products before shipping. They will be returned and should probably go to your local store instead :(

I am very upset that this machine does not work and it has been used 3 times during the quarantine, I wanted to return it but only 30 days are allowed for a return. During that time I didn't cut my hair 3 times.

I love andis products but they weren't even sharp enough to give me or anyone else the shape I'm cutting. Maybe it was a faulty pair, but they shouldn't have been used that much.

Love these little things. Consider a modified version of the outliner. I bought myself a good cut adjuster with this money.

As the product description says, I bought the GTX model. The packaging looks correct but the model inside the box is actually a G model, the instruction manual is incorrect and none of the claimed accessories were included. They appear to have been repackaged and sold as new. Also, it came with a label right on the box. No packaging, not even tape on the box to make sure it doesn't open.

I've only had problems with this trimmer. In many cases I ended up with a half shaved head because he stopped cutting. I keep adjusting the blades to no avail. I'm done with this product. Worst trimmer I've ever had.

Cute trimmers. Haven't tried them yet. Includes trimmer, mini brush, oil for her and protection. The package arrived with no problems.
