Great customer service Great product! I had a problem and they sent me a new product and no problem since. I have an Otter PopSocket case and the magnets work better when glued to the outside of the case. I used a regular popsocket, attached a magnet to it and changed it to a colored one when using the phone mount.

Although I gave it 5 stars for suction, ease of installation and grip, road vibration makes my phone fall off. Maybe the hand should rest on the dashboard instead of floating freely so to speak, I don't know. The magnet also seems a little weak, but the protective case that holds my phone has a small, quarter-sized round piece of metal that attaches to the magnets, so it might be too small. Overall I think it's a decent product, it just doesn't suit me.

Overall I'm happy with the product although I think it's too much money for what is found in most car mounts. I think 15€ is reasonable for such a part. Adhesion won't be good if you have a 2016 Mustang like mine. Can't put it on the dashboard (middle) because of the way it's done there. (It has ventilation holes) The only way to place this is on glass or to the left of the drivers. If you've ever added some ArmorAll to your dashboard, don't waste time making it stick. The tape is not that good

I like it when a company listens to their customers and improves their products. Instead of attaching my phone to the air conditioner, I can attach it with this car mount. I was always afraid that my phone mount would block my view, but not anymore. This is a very durable product. I drive on bumpy roads and I'm always afraid of dropping my phone, but the magnet stays strong and the suction cup doesn't wear out either.
