Not worth the trouble

This was delivered to the wrong address a few hundred miles away. I had to file a complaint to finally get it to me. When it arrived I had ordered and received another light through Revain which was delivered promptly, cost less and worked much better. It has a very cheap remote that I almost had to break to open it. No indication of K-level or brightness percentage (replacement light has both). If the remote control breaks, all you have to do is turn on/off the settings. I do not recommend…

Pros
  • Easy installation

  • poorly thought out

Work and count over $12,000.

I have had these lights (set of three) for over 6 months now and have used them on all my studio headshots and some editorial magazine shoots. I estimate about $12,000 in paid income from using these lights. They're not as bright as the Westcott Flex Cine kit, but still. These aren't $8,000 lights either. Ha ha. Stop being picky and go with what works. You don't need the best on the block to make money. One day I will upgrade from these, but until then. I will make money until they break. Very…

Renaming Fositan - just as easy as good or bad - READ BEFORE BUYING

Very useful, incredibly light, remote works very well and you can find third party drawer guards at a great price that fit perfectly. Really great for travel but be aware that light output is limited. You need to frame your subject closely as these lights need to be close to them. BUT be aware of two main issues: First, the individual LED dots shine through the diffuser, which can cause problems in some cases and in most cases just looks cheap. IMPORTANT, the power supply will fail if you leave

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Great price

So close but so far

A good idea but so frustrating because when you change color they fade. Which basically means everything else is too dark unless you're on both sides of the available light spectrum. I've had other people say it's normal and just an illusion. I have seen other lights achieve this well and correctly. This product doesn't do what it's supposed to. Because frankly, it's a cheap alternative to the professional approach. which is fine if that's what you need and are looking for. But I hate arguing…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly

Great for the price

Most foldable dual color LED lights are very expensive, close to $1000 per bulb! up to 4 lights is very easy. For a quick portable setup, this is amazing. *Please note you are only purchasing light sand or tilt head so I would suggest adding these to your purchase. I was amazed at how bright they get when dimmed. I'm a videographer for a one-woman group and use them to record interviews on the go, so they're perfect for my purposes. I install them and just adjust the light with the remote…

  • Great for a small home
