Bought 2 of these in April for my kids to finish school. They had several Zoom meetings with the class and teachers. The front camera is terrible. If you are not sitting directly under a light source pointed at your face, the camera will not take your picture. Worst of all, they are both dead now (early June). They won't turn on after being charged all night. We bought and tried other chargers but got nothing. My youngest son had a cracked screen and where most tablets still work, this one…

Great tablet. The value for money is excellent. I use it as a living room remote control. The screen size is perfect, the overall quality is excellent. Can't wait to try out the SIM card feature to see what this thing can do on the go! Great for Netflix and games, keeps kids entertained for hours!

SIM card inserted, does not charge. Writes that the SIM card slot is empty. I don't know how to figure it out because it seems to be stuck in a slot. I sent an email to the address listed for this and my email said it didn't accept my email or didn't exist. So I'm sending it back.
