If anyone is worried about finding the right screw I wanted to save them time by posting it here. I needed a #6 pan head screw (2pcs) to attach the body armor to the wall. The key shaped holes on the back were very shallow compared to any other holes I've had in the past. It installs securely and works great.

I am sure the output part of this device is good. The package is not the same. The mounting holes are not as shown on the product and it is not possible to insert screws and leave them in place. I'm deducting 1 star because I bought 2. There was something in one. I don't know what it is, but it's totally unacceptable for an electrical object.

Not UL listed, which means it doesn't meet safety standards that help protect against fire and other electrical hazards. Revain is inundated with cheap power cords and other electrical equipment that doesn't live up to decades-old standards. Stay away from this product, you may never have a problem with it, but if you do, it could mean your home/business or someone's life.
