Excellent support. I sprained my ankle very badly. The doctor wanted me to wear boots. Instead, I was able to use these braces and walk around Disney parks for two days! Supports and can wear shoes with it!

I have torn ligaments and tendons in my left ankle. I have to wait a month for the surgery and I was looking for something more comfortable than a boot. Works well but I wish the instructions were in English or I could read Chinese.

I was so happy to find this stirrup ankle brace. My son "borrowed" my similar ACE brace which supported me until I had ankle ligament surgery in 2000 but never returned it and couldn't find it after the move. My original brace came with cold pack gel pads that I could swap out for pillow pads after exercise or if I had an accidental acute injury to my left ankle. ACE no longer manufactures this product.
