Description of ๐Ÿ’ก Advanced High Power Electronic Brightness Control

Operating Voltage: DC 5V - 36V; The trigger source: digital high-low (DC3.3V - 20V); continuous current: 15A, enhance cooling conditions, the maximum current up to 30A; power: 400W. High Reliability, High Availability: It adopts double MOS parallel active output to show lower internal resistance, greater electric current and power. Besides it works at 15A,400W under common temperature which satisfies most devices usage and realizes the control of great power devices in a relaxed way. Supporting Multiple Signal Source Triggers: Can be connected microcontroller IO port, PLC interfaces, DC power, etc. PERFECT SUPPORT PWM: You can access the PWM signal, the signal frequency 0--20KHZ perfect support. WIDELY APPLICATIONS:You can control the output of power equipment, motors, light bulbs, LED lights, DC motors, micro-pumps, solenoid valves, etc. can input PWM, control motor speed, lamp brightness and so on.

They work well but the rating is very high.

I use them to control some well water pumps and they work fine for this application. I can adjust the pump to adjust the water flow as desired. But while they're really nice and work well, there's no way they can handle 15 amps without a fan and heatsink.

Pros
  • PERFECT PWM SUPPORT: You can access the PWM signal, signal frequency 0-20KHZ, perfect support.
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Extremely disappointing. Two boards have misplaced components and excess solder all over the board. All five have extremely poor solder joint flow and residual flux all over the board. It's a shame as they're otherwise pretty attractive little boards, but they'd be hard to trust given how poorly they failed a basic visual inspection.

Pros
  • Multi-source trigger support: can connect microcontroller I/O port, PLC interfaces, DC power, etc.
Cons
  • Not sure

GND is switched, not VCC

Oddly they require a combination of solder and screw terminals to connect them, so I removed the terminals and just soldered these connections. The metal plated through holes weren't exactly the spacing of my perforated board, but I managed. Note that the negative power supply is switched (VCC connected directly) and you cannot switch voltages higher than the trigger voltage. There is a trigger current that supplies the LED, among other things. I've used them to drive the LEDs of non-contactโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High Reliability, High Availability: It uses two parallel active MOS outputs to show lower internal resistance, more electric current and power. In addition, it works at 15A, 400W at normal temperature, which meets the usage needs of most devices and makes it easier to control powerful devices.
