These cotton pads are very difficult to separate properly. They mostly go long stack with very short intervals between rounds. You can't just reach out and take one because they stick together. If you're not very methodical when separating, you'll end up breaking the circle in half and leaving your hand full of fluff. I wanted to send them back for a refund but this is not eligible for a refund.

Well, I originally gave this product a 4 out of 5 because the pads fell apart when I grabbed them. But recently support contacted me about this and said they updated their cotton pads to add the stitching! They send me a package to check. These pads and this company are amazing. I will keep buying from them because of their amazing product and their amazing, beyond amazing customer service! Many Thanks. These cotton circles are by far the best quality I have ever used. The thickness of the pads and the quality of the cotton are better than what I've bought online or in stores. Cotton is soft, sticks together, doesn't flake off like other cotton pads. And the price is amazing for what you get! I just always order them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! Made of cotton these quickly became my favorite makeup remover. They are thick, sewn on the sides, not a lint comes off, nothing. I had to find a cotton pad to remove the waterproof mascara to keep it from flaking off and leaving little fibers near my eyes or on my lashes. And that's it. I need to stock up, I never want them to run out.

Choose first-class shipping and a great product at a great price. They're not too thick so you don't waste a lot of product when using them, and they're sewn around the edges so you can take them out one at a time.
