Original item received quickly as a gift. When opened, the product had a visible defect in the fabric. The exchange was very easy and quick. The replacement was flawless and of the same high quality. Great seller, easy transaction.

Nice soft scarf but the color is different than on the website. I received the scarf on the left. Of course it's still in the plastic (it's sealed) so there's a reflection, but the brown color I'd call medium brown, not beige like the photo.

Elastic. It looked kind of out of proportion. Too long or too wide or something? It also lacked the finish one would expect from real cashmere. I'm not saying it isn't, it can have many qualities. I know this: I have a cashmere sweater I bought from Veil CO in 1990 and it still looks and feels better than this piece of art.

My phone is older and I enlarge the font to see better but sometimes the words are cut off. I ordered this 25th annv. Super soaker, and imagine my surprise when I received the super soft scarf! I love it! I even skipped the BBQ that day, turned on the air conditioner, and carried it around the house while I sang Christmas carols. I would recommend ordering it extra! I've never had a Super Soaker.

The scarf arrived very nicely packaged. The scarf itself is quite scratchy and looks more like wool than cashmere. I'm disappointed. I recently purchased the Wander Agio Women's Fashion Long Shawl Big Grid Winter Warm Lattice Large Scarf for $14.99 and I love it. I thought I'd treat myself to an even better, softer and much more expensive scarf. I don't understand why this scarf scratches.

The color is not what I expected. The coffee sounds like it's darker, but in the picture it was very light, which is what I wanted. It is nicely packaged, fast shipping and a high quality soft scarf. I would choose a different light color if I knew the real color of the coffee is that dark. In the picture I'm comparing it to his UPS uniform if it helps to understand the color better.

I would say 2 1/2 stars. I ordered this scarf because I lost another cashmere scarf. I like it soft to wrap around my mouth and neck in the cold, especially on long walks. This scarf was soft (though not as soft as the others) but had a slight chemical odor when worn. If I just wore it around my neck I might not notice it, but wearing it closer to my nose was distracting and I felt like I might get sick if I snorted it for too long.
