Wow what a difference wearing it makes when I'm at the computer and on days I'm not working. My eyes felt less tired and I don't feel like my eyes steam every day after work. Highly recommended for anyone who spends more than 1 hour daily in front of the monitor/TV, especially if you value your eyesight into old age.

Every afternoon I had a headache and I didn't understand why. It was suggested that this could be because I spent a lot of time on the computer, phone etc from WFH. I've just started using them and they seem to have loosened up. I don't know sleep yet.

Excellent customer service, my first pair had shorter arms than I thought they would. As a result, the glasses sit higher on my ears. After getting the larger option, it fit like a glove. Very happy with the product and the support.

These glasses arrived well packaged. After wearing them for a week I can already see the difference. I no longer have headaches or eye pain. They're lightweight, easy to clean and look great! It was also nice that the kit included a test strip and a blue light to show how the glasses are working. What worries me is that they feel a bit tight on my head next to my ears and I feel like I stretch them out when I put them on.
