I really liked this little fan. First. Then he stopped working. I made sure it was fully charged but the fan still didn't work even though the light worked fine. I set it up to bring it back. Tried the fan one more time before putting it in the box and voila! He was back to work. i kept it I found that the fan only ran for about an hour and then stopped. Wait an hour or so and it will work again.

It's a really good idea but it's so cheaply made it was a big disappointment! I bought 2 of these, they are not worth the money they charge, the fan button on both doesn't fit properly and falls off on both fans. TO CAMP? HA, I wouldn't take that off my deck! On the eve of charging, it does not last long, and the fan quickly consumes energy even at low speed. Again a really good idea that just didn't work out for POOR QUALITY! Buyer warning!

Although I usually prefer multifunctional items, in this case I think it is better to use a special solar fan. The fan function was the main motivation for my purchase and I'm not sure if it's the size/shape of the fan or the size of the solar panel, but it doesn't move as much air as I would like. All functions work, and while it's still a good choice when trying to keep items to a minimum for a weekend hike, it doesn't do well in tropical heat or tropical bugs. Definitely better than no fan…

I've wanted a camping fan/torch for a long time but haven't found one with really good reviews. I was also very interested in the solar option. I ordered this fan which arrived at Revain Prime very quickly. I charged it up and took it camping the following weekend. This weekend the temperature was 80 degrees at night. It's ok for the small price. It's good to have something that can be charged by the sun. The design is great but the product is cheap. He feels shaky, although not too bad. The fan is quite noisy for its size and not very powerful at high levels, not even comparable to the low settings of the smaller rechargeable USB fan I bought at the same time.
