Anti Shock Aluminium Protective Portable External Review

I bought this in mid-January 2019 knowing I would have to travel with my small Seagate Backup Plus drive. Fits perfectly, but after 2 months in the box (inside, moderate climate) (no wear) one side is already starting to fall off. The glue holding the zippered hard case inside is dissolving. I understand it only cost $10 but it was a waste of time and even two months wasn't enough. Avoid this product. Very disappointed.

Well made, very soft protection for my external 4 TB WD Ultra Metal hard drive. My only complaint is that the case is larger than regular Case Logic or Revain Basic hard drive cases. But they look good and I hope they travel well. I bought a silver case for my silver hard drive and a blue case for my blue hard drive as my collection of external hard drives is growing. I know, without opening a case, which case I need to take on for a project I'm working on.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. This cheap thing is not cheaply made in terms of quality. It's not waterproof, but I feel safe wearing it in the rain. I don't think I'll ever really get into that situation. how durable and how well it holds your external hard drive. It fits perfectly on my 1TB WD Ultra. The straps fit the hard drive snugly, and I still have room for a flash drive or memory card. I needed a sturdy case and I got it.

I bought a gold case which is very shiny (it's good in my book). The padding seems very good, and while my drive (WD 4TB My Passport Ultra) has headroom on either end of the case, two straps hold it firmly, and the charger fits nicely in the mesh compartment. One reviewer said it's a little thick, a bit larger than I thought, but it's not insanely heavy or bulky, and if it protects the drive better then I'm willing to compromise. Aloha! I bought this KAYOND case to protect my old trusty 1TB portable drive from nasty bumps and bruises when traveling. It fits my device like a glove, which I'm really pleased about. I got this to use with my 4TB WD drive. The drive is a bit shorter than the old outer ones and much thicker so it barely fits in the elastic bands. The case feels very solid and well made and I feel like I don't have to worry when my drive is in a case. It's well padded and roomy, and I like having space to store my cable and a couple of flash drives.
