I've been on the fence into kitchen and bath tools

I wasn't sure if my RO water needed it because it already tasted great, but there are a few benefits of a higher pH. So I gave it a try and it seems to give it a more refreshing taste and as someone else mentioned it helps with heartburn.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Compatibility

Doesn't work when changing under sink water filter

Adding this to the reverse osmosis system we had was an amazing improvement that would justify a 5 star rating. However, with light use it barely lasted 4 months. For this price, it is better to buy your own mineralized water in the store.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Very expensive

Pros

Works as described in the Kitchen & Bath section

Works great, our water pH has gone from just under 5 to 8.5. This needs to be added as the last step in your system, so keep that in mind when planning. I think the order of the filters matters if you see results. Coffee and tea taste better now! I want to know that the most important minerals are also back in the water.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Almost never

Works as expected (not working yet)

elevated pH 2. Baseline 7-7.2 ph of RO and it's pushing for a solid 9+ ph Adjusting less than 100 gallons, maybe half so much, label usage for 6 months is absolutely correct. Did a PH test and the result is exactly the same as the input before this filter (range 7-7.5)

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Expensive

Works as expected (not working yet)

Increased pH 2. Baseline 7-7.2ph by reverse osmosis and it's pushing to a solid 9+ph. Nice taste from this alkaline module Update 11/2021 : Despite minimal usage since install of less than 100 gallons maybe half that, the 6 month usage on the label is absolutely correct. Did a PH test and the result is exactly the same as the input before this filter (range 7-7.5)

Pros
  • Replacement water filter
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Acid attack is best in kitchen and bathroom Plumbing

Package arrived quickly and without damage. As for the product itself, it won't work for you if your pH is 6.5 or lower. This filter makes you neutral from this point, but not basic. Calcium carbonate is intended for already neutral water. Also if you filter twice with a razor or something to lower the TDS you will lose the pH.

Pros
  • Kitchen and Plumbing
Cons

You need it! for replacement water filter

I have had an Apes reverse osmosis system for about 2 years. Our TDS was originally at 4 (yes, 4) when it was first installed. After 2 years of continuous use by a family of 4, the TDS has increased to 7 which is still in the large range. I got curious about what PH is and bought a tester. From TDS to 7, PH dropped to 6! Not too acidic, but not as strong as regular drinking water should be. This PH+ kit is very easy to install. Took me 6 minutes total and 4 of them were received before…

Pros
  • Replacement water filter under the sink
Cons
  • Only available in black
