Make sure you COUNT your masks!

When I first bought from this company I paid 50 masks for $32.99 which I thought was a pretty good deal at the time. Looking at the little bag I can clearly see it was NOT 50 πŸ˜– so I counted and got 20 instead, so I paid for 50 but got 30 LESS masks… Hope I can ASAP get a refund or return…. But anyway, you better make sure you count your masks lest you get ripped off like I just did. At the moment I'm not risking a repeat order from this company (again), but because it could happen (again).

Thin, hard and bad quality! This is NOT the same as the previous order

We have previously purchased 10 of these packs and they were MUCH thicker and MUCH softer; almost quilted and comfortable, and much better quality all around. We liked them so much we bought a pack of 50 this time and this is not the same mask as before. They're not even the same brand/packaging as before, which makes them feel like a lure and switch. They are paper thin and very hard; which makes them very uncomfortable. They are also larger so they are not snug and fit leaving gaps all over…

Terrible ear loops make masks unwearable

I was very disappointed with ApePal's KN95 black masks, mainly because of the terrible ear loops. In case anyone is wondering how they were packaged, they arrived in (5) packs of 10 masks. The part of the mask that covers the face is quite soft on the inside and quite comfortable. However, the ear loops are terrible and make these masks almost unbearable and unwearable. The first mask I pulled out of one of the packages had a very long ear hook on one side and a very short one on the other. The
