Used this button as a man overboard button on my boat. Click on it and the chart plotter will automatically record the GPS position. The button has both normally open and normally closed contacts and a display. This allows the button to be slightly highlighted, but when pressed, the light goes out, signaling that the button was pressed successfully. It includes an O-ring for easy watertight assembly. I'm not yet sure how well it will hold up under the corrosive effects of salt water.

Bought both push buttons and snaps to build a new dashboard, has held up well and works fantastic! They're all rated for a 10A load, and every device I've connected the switch to is under it, except for the stereo (which has a relay connected to the switch with no load), so they'll last for many years should without failure. Just installed today. It works as advertised, although the shiny instruction card has no value. I didn't wire what the instructions say. A few minutes with the meter, and a few more minutes with the switch connected to the battery, I could tell that the red and black (positive and negative, respectively) wires turned on the switch's LED.
