I am very disappointed in the lack of honesty in the marketing of this product. For an additional fee, you can get a heating element that needs to be placed in a sleeping mat or pet bed. Meanwhile, I suggest you don't waste your money on this pet heater.

I didn't buy this from Revain, I bought it from TSC. Worked fine but didn't last more than 2 months and then stopped heating altogether. I bought this to keep my dachshund and her puppies warm. I can't find any damage to the chord and not sure why it came out. I no longer have the receipt and can't find any information on how to contact the company for a replacement. There is no warranty information at all on the box as well as inside the box (I saved it).
