Works well but the sheets are sticking together.

No scratches. Very clear paper. It stuck to itself when I tried to get through the printer, even when I tried to take it apart. It is best to print one sheet at a time. The end result was great. No smudging.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Good

Not suitable for screen printing films

I bought them to make black and white screen printing films. I should have read the comments more carefully. As others have noted, there are small random ink smudges in the image - sort of a "ghostly" shadow around the edges. I use an HP laser printer which they say is fine. Probably good for projection and other projects, but not for precision work.

  • quality construction

Not suitable for all applications

For general use this product is probably fine. However, for those who are looking for a transparent film that can be used in the manufacturing process of photo developing PCBs, this product is not what you are looking for! This is a very thin material and its coating does not produce a good image on my HP P1102w LaserJet printer. The circuit board is severely distorted and may occasionally have black spots due to the material not holding toner, potentially connecting planes and traces, causing…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

OK. Doesn't feed through the printer very well. Serious eating problems.

Works well if you can get it through the printer. I wasted about 10 sheets as it picked up halfway and then jammed as soon as it started printing. I have high quality HP paper and have never had this problem with other paper. I tried many different paper settings but nothing worked. An attempt was made to load only one page in the input tray, up to 5 at a time. I even took each sheet and waved it in the air before placing it in the paper tray with other pages to try to get rid of static…

wow why? Style!

Discreet laser beam transparency. Works as I would expect except for a slight curl or shrinkage around the edge. Therefore, a sheet with a print is recommended. And this attempt at separating color with alignment guides needs to be done with great care and attention. This is because the climate and temperature of the devices vary depending on the location and time. But for me a b/w picture is everything. I tried double printing to darken the black and it took a second pass, but the previously…

The price was great. Would give 5 stars if.

Product works well. There are no instructions on how to use it. I looked it up on google. The picture came out fine and when I run it underwater it doesn't work. Use it for resin projects. The price was great. I would give 5 stars if the picture was clearer.

  • Worth the money

AMAZING DISCOVERY about the thickness of this product!

Apparently the only way to know the thickness of any sheet metal is to buy it and measure it, which I did. The sheets are 8 mils (0.008 inches) thick. What confuses me is that I can't find out the measurements of a product before buying it - deducting two stars.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Requires socket

Poor print quality

I bought them for PCB fabrication with my HP LaserJet 2300dn. Before printing anything, I put in a brand new toner cartridge and tested it with plain paper, which printed fine on it. Before wasting copper circuit boards, I decided to test print image and text on these foils. Both didn't work at all. In the text, the toner is scattered around most of the letters, regardless of the toner density I use. The image had an odd spot, as if the toner hadn't dried before hitting the rollers inside the…

Does the job but you have to be careful when you put it in the printer

Not all laser printers have transparency settings so be careful. My Brother laser printer didn't have this setting, so I chose "thin" paper instead. That being said, I got it working, but since these sheets have a lot of static electricity, they stick to them. So I had to use manual feed with a regular sheet of paper behind a film. The printer fed them both at the same time, which worried me for a moment, but the print came out fine. I will keep experimenting with them and will update this…
