Renewed Apple iPad Air 2 64GB 4G + Wi-Fi Gold Review

The I Pad Air 2 I bought from Jem Jem Renew was refurbished at half the price of a new one. It works great and I am very happy with the product and the retailer who sold me my second tablet. The first iPad I owned was third generation and needed an update. Storage was full and iPad was slow from startup to shutdown. With the Air 2 I Pad, I can now browse multiple websites and multitask with no issues.

I bought it as an update, I expected a lot more for my money. I bought it on April 12th with a 90 day guarantee and last week it started freezing and turning off at random times. Less than 4 months old and very nice inside and out. I'm not happy that I spent so much on an updated product and it's very difficult to use in less than 4 months. 😢

I bought this iPad on purpose because the description says it comes with iOS 8. Not true, it came with 11.4 or something. Also, it doesn't charge. You have to wiggle the plug to hit the sweet spot for it to charge. I left it charging all night and it didn't charge at all. At work I managed to charge it enough to verify which iOS it works on. I had a cracked screen on my iPad Air 2 and they charged $300 for a screen replacement, then I found this one that was 64GB, I only had 16GB and I had this the next day to update the software but otherwise works great! Like new, I am very happy with this purchase and will be buying a few more for my shop soon.

I was disappointed with the unit I received. Works perfectly, but shows strong signs of use. I would classify it as category C. When I contacted the VIUS seller he called me and said he needed pictures to prove the damage. I sent photos and he replied that he couldn't see the damage and I would be charged a 25% restocking fee if I sent it back.
