Not all items were in the box!

This is very confusing, the title says it contains 5 applicator parts. The photos and description say there are 7 pieces in the set, however I did not receive any in my order. I hope this is a manufacturing defect but it still frustrates me that I now have to wait even longer to finish my project!

Died after two projects

Bought last year to add jewelry to a pair of shoes. It worked great, I used it with other rhinestones and used it for hours on end for about a week and a half. I kept it in the original packaging in a desk drawer for a year. A project came up last week, we used it for a few hours on Saturday, when we used it on Sunday morning it didn't heat up. We tried different solutions but nothing helped. We ended up going to the local craft store to get a new tool to complete the project.

Lots of small problems, no big ones, but worth the money given the alternatives.

The rhinestones in the set did not match the stated sizes and not all sizes were in all colors. They were very random. Some colors had a 1mm barrel, some had 2, literally 2. Others had a 5mm barrel, some only had a pair. It was really difficult to finish my project the way I wanted with such random amounts. The repair tool couldn't pick up the gems on its own so I had to use tweezers to place them before attaching them. The pens were moderately ineffective and distracting. Overall I'm neutralโ€ฆ
