Well that's a unique nose piece! We actually used it at training camp as an icebreaker of sorts - we microwaved the wax and everyone cleaned their nostrils for everyone to see, haha! Let's just say it does what it says on the tin and it's effective. Overall rating 9/10. The only downside is that it's difficult to figure out how long to leave the wax bath in the microwave, so sometimes it's too hard and sometimes it's like molten lava! They serve the same purpose as sticking a finger up your nose; to get something. Although in this case we are talking about hardened wax and a lot of protruding hairs in the nose.

I watched many videos on this product before purchasing and it works as advertised. No more and no less. Watch the video (you know where) and follow the instructions. You will get what you pay for and you will probably be satisfied with the product. And what about the nose hair? Why is it like shark teeth when you remove some of them and even after 24 hours they pop back out of your nostrils like they are taunting you for even thinking of getting rid of them?
